MethodPlace enables Process Managers / Specialists to create their own methodology and to exploit it.
A methodology always consists of the same meta-level process model elements, namely process, activty, role, and work element. Additionally, a methodology is based on a set of principles. Accordingly, a methodology consists of a process model driven by principles.
Selection of process model elements in the Process Framework of a particular methodology filters relevant articles and external links.
Content creators may help Methodology owners with additional content increasing overall value. The more content the more subscribers can be expected.
Owning a popular methodology is profitable. MethodPlace supports exploitation based on a number of carefully designed incentives.
From an end user perspective, MethodPlace serves as an encyclopedia for methodologies. In other words, it is a method knowledge base.
